Across these different environments, one theme has stayed consistent: I work between people and technology. I help translate complex ideas into programmes, learning experiences, requirements, partnerships, and practical actions that people can understand and use.

AI Governance & Literacy
Turning complex AI governance concepts into practical workshops, learning programmes and responsible-adoption guidance.
Programme Management
Designing and delivering multi-stakeholder programmes from concept through implementation, monitoring and scale.
Cross-Cultural Leadership
Working across governments, NGOs, startups and distributed teams in Asia, Africa and Europe.
I design and deliver tech‑enabled programs that scale learning and services across cultures reliably, on time, and with measurable outcomes.
Turn technical, organisational, and policy ideas into language, learning, requirements, and actions that different audiences can work with.
Build programmes and learning experiences around how people actually understand, adopt, and use new technology.
Work across governments, NGOs, technical teams, educators, funders, partners, and communities to keep complex programmes moving.
Bring structure to ambiguous work through research, planning, requirements, documentation, stakeholder communication, and implementation.
Different sectors. Different countries. The same challenge: turning an idea into something people can actually use.
AI Innovation Factory
Problem: Organisations are interested in AI and agentic systems but need a practical way to understand capabilities, risks and human responsibility.
My role: AI literacy, learning design, research and concept development.
Outcome: AI workshop redesign, responsible-AI learning materials, Agentic Process Redesign, e-learning platform concept/UI, policy research and customer journeys.
Outcome: AIIF adopted the redesigned workshop model internally, and the agentic process concept has been piloted using an internal process.
Nepal · Education & Digital Learning
Challenge: Technology was entering rural schools, but sustainable digital learning required more than access to devices. Teachers needed practical skills, schools needed support, and local governments needed to see enough value to continue investing.
My Role: Managed connected education programmes involving teacher development, digital learning, learning resources, government partnerships, funding, reporting, and programme delivery.
What I contributed:
Impact
I combine structured project delivery, AI literacy, lightweight data practices, and people-first change management to help organizations move from idea to adoption
Before choosing the technology or programme, I try to understand what people actually need and what might prevent adoption.
I turn technical, policy or organisational information into requirements, learning materials, processes and communication people can work with.
Much of my work happens between groups with different priorities technical teams, governments, funders, educators, communities and organisational leaders.
Whether it's a digital learning programme or an AI concept, I think beyond delivery: What will help people understand it, trust it and actually use it?
Governance and partnership support for education and livelihood programs.
Classroom and community‑based teaching experience in low‑resource settings.
Supporting the Head of Operations in planning and executing events that strengthen local community.
Actively learning Finnish to strengthen local collaboration and communication.

I write about what actually worked in the field, test new ideas, and learn from peers and courses. My board work, Teach For Nepal experience, and ongoing Finnish studies feed real examples into short guides and posts. I focus on useful takeaways one clear action people can try next and I publish those as short articles.

Across countries, sectors, and systems, I’ve built a career around one core strength: helping teams move from intention to impact. Whether the work sits in AI literacy, digital transformation, EdTech, social impact, or cross-border partnerships, I bring the same approach: clarity, structure, empathy, and the ability to help diverse people work toward a shared outcome.
I’ve led programs in rural schools and national ministries, supported startups and NGOs, built partnerships across continents, and stepped into new cultures with curiosity and resilience. More recently, my work has expanded into AI readiness, responsible adoption, and governance helping organizations understand emerging technologies in practical, human-centered ways.
I’m not limited by geography or job titles. I’m open to global roles, fellowships, cross-sector collaborations, and projects that need someone who can learn fast, adapt fast, and deliver with integrity.
If your team is building something ambitious especially where technology, people, and social impact meet- I’d love to explore how we can work together..
